Dapo Oshinusi - Chairman

Mr Oshinusi was appointed Chairman of the Board of ARM Life in November 2012. He has built a career in Petroleum Engineering spanning over two decades and has a successfully distinguished business career.

He was Chairman of Society for Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Lagos. He is an executive member of the Petroleum Technology Association on Nigeria (PETAN), an association committed to the development of the Nigerian content with the transfer of technology to Nigerians in the oil and gas sector.

Stephen Alangbo - Managing Director

Stephen is the Managing Director of ARM Life PLC. He joined ARM Life in April 2016. He brings over 22 years of experience to the company with competence ranging from micro-insurance, enterprise risk and corporate governance. Prior to joining ARM Life, he worked with Capital Express Assurance Liberia Limited as Managing Director/CEO .

Stephen holds a BSc in Mathematics from University of Lagos and an MBA in Business Administration from ESUT Business School, Enugu. He is a chartered member of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN).

Oladimeji Alo

Dr. Alo is a scholar, a management consultant and a corporate governance enthusiast. While in the services of the international firms of Price Waterhouse and (later) Coopers & Lybrand, Dr. Alo provided consulting assistance to several leading organisations in Nigeria. He served as the MD/CEO of FITC, a leading training and consulting firm owned by Nigeria banks, where he contributed actively to the series of reforms in the Nigerian banking sector over a period of thirteen years.

Dr.Alo is a Past President of the West African Bankers’ Association and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. He currently serves as the Chairman on the board of Berger Paints Plc.

Jumoke Ogundare

Jumoke Ogundare joined the Board of ARM in 2004. She was appointed Chief Executive of Asset & Resource Management Company Ltd ARM, the holding company of the ARM Group in July 2015. Between 2011 and 2015, she was Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Firm. Prior to that she was the Managing Director, ARM Asset Management Non Pension, where she was actively involved in building the asset management business to become one of the leading asset management firms in Nigeria with several billions of Naira under management.

She has more than 25 years experience in credit & marketing spanning International Merchant Bank (IMB), Prime Merchant Bank Limited and Citadel Savings and Loans.

Jumoke holds a B Sc. in Economics from the University of Jos and a Masters in Business Administration degree from Cardiff Business School in Wales. She is also an alumnus of the Program for Management Development (PMD) of the Harvard Business School.

Dominic Liber

Dominic Liber has played a leading role in microinsurance for a decade as a path-breaking actuary and advisor to insurance firms and investors. In 2001, he co-founded Quindiem Consulting, a firm of actuaries, statisticians and insurance consultants, at the forefront of microinsurance. He has developed products, pricing, risk management and reinsurance strategies for microinsurers, insurers, and reinsurers internationally and led the development of policy manuals for insurance regulators in Zambia, Malawi, Namibia and Botswana.

His work has focused on microfinance, microinsurance, HIV & AIDS and underserved markets for the last ten years. He was the Convenor of the AIDS Committee of the Actuarial Society of South Africa . Dominic co-authored the 100 Country Landscape Report on Microinsurance, as well as health risk management and microinsurance manuals for MFI.

Sadiq Mohammed

Sadiq Mohammed is currently a Deputy Group CEO of Asset & Resource Management Company (ARM) Ltd and prior to that was the Managing Director of ARM Pension Managers (PFA) Limited between 2011 and 2014. Previously, at different points he served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of ARM Group and the Managing Director in charge of ARM’s Proprietary business. He joined the Board of ARM in 2010. Sadiq is an Industrial Chemistry graduate from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, and a Fellow of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) having earned GARP’s Financial Risk Manager (FRM) charter. He earned a dual Executive MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University & University of Geneva and is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program (AMP). Sadiq serves on the boards of ARM Group of companies, FMDQ Plc., Four Points Hotel Lagos and the Moorhouse Hotel.

Dr Femi Oyetunji

Dr Oyetunji is the Managing Director and CEO of Continental Reinsurance Plc, a Pan-African service reinsurer company. He joined the Board of ARM Life in March, 2015.

Dr Oyetunji holds a PhD in Statistics from the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology in the United Kingdom ; an M.Sc. in Statistics from Imperial College in London and a B.Sc. First Class Honours degree in Statistics and Operational Research from the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology. He is also Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in the UK and has attended several management development programmes locally and overseas.

Anthony A. Ikpea

Tony’s work experience spans a period of 24 years in the Financial Service Industry. He started his Banking career with Ecobank Plc and continued at Commercial Trust Bank Limited and Oceanic Bank Plc.
Tony is presently the Managing Director with Cashcraft Asset Management Limited. Over the last seventeen years, he has participated and helped in the Capital raising and Re-structuring programs of some top financial Institutions and Manufacturing firms.
He holds a B.Sc.Hons. in Accounting from the University of Ife, and an MBA in Financial Management from the Lagos State University In 1996. He did a short program at the Prestigious Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also qualified as a Chartered Stockbroker (ACS) in 1996; he is a Fellow of the Institute (FCS), and a Council Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.
